What do you need Fenton to do?

Fenton Advisory delivers through three service levels, matched to the depth of support the matter requires:

Case Review

Senior judgement on advice, analysis, research or AI-generated work - already prepared by you or another adviser. You have done the initial work. Fenton applies expert challenge, identifies gaps, tests assumptions and provides a confirmed position you can act on with confidence.

Lead Counsel

Full-service advice where Fenton leads the analysis, coordinates specialist input and provides a clear recommended position. From initial question through to final resolution. The client receives one coherent view across all relevant disciplines.

Discovery

Structured review of documents, payroll records, travel data, employment arrangements, equity records or adviser correspondence to identify cross-border tax, payroll, social security, immigration, reward or governance risks and opportunities. Designed to sit alongside existing compliance relationships.

1. Submit the facts. Use the form below. Provide a summary of the matter, the countries involved, any deadlines, and any advice or AI research already obtained. Upload documents if available.

2. Fenton reviews. We assess the facts, identify the issues, and determine how we can best support you. We prepare a proposal including the service route (Case Review, Lead Counsel or Discovery), the scope, the fee, the timeline, and the assumptions — often without the need for a call.

3. Engagement. Like other advisers, Fenton cannot provide advice during scoping. Client due diligence (KYC) must be completed before advisory work begins, and formal engagement terms are confirmed at that stage. Where specialist input is needed (immigration, employment law, overseas tax, pensions, reward, payroll), Fenton selects and coordinates the right specialist from its curated network. The client receives one coherent view — not a collection of separate opinions.

How We Charge

Fenton International is a specialist advisory firm. We are not a low-cost compliance provider but do try to provide outstanding value and often have lower costs than other firms.

Fenton provides senior-led support from the outset. There is no junior preparation, no leverage model, no multiple layers of review. For complex cross-border matters, this is typically more cost-effective than the large-firm model where senior involvement is limited and junior time is billed in volume. It is also more cost-effective than instructing multiple separate specialists without coordination, where duplication, gaps and often contradictory advice create hidden cost.

Most matters are scoped individually after reviewing the facts. We will usually confirm whether a proposal can be provided without a call once we have reviewed the initial facts. If a matter is not suitable for a free scoping review, we will tell you and may suggest a paid initial assessment.
