Cross-border tax advisory, international employment tax, global mobility advisory, expatriate tax, PAYE and NIC compliance advisory, social security advisory, treaty analysis, tax equalisation, equity and incentive advisory, board and NED advisory, payroll advisory, multi-adviser coordination, expert witness services, structured risk reviews (Discovery), and review of existing advice or AI-generated research (Case Review).

Service Delivery Model

Fenton provides senior-led advisory directly and coordinates specialist input from a curated network of independent practitioners selected on merit. Compliance delivery, where required, is provided by named UK-regulated firms under Fenton's oversight. Fenton does not provide high-volume compliance filing directly.

Pricing Models

Fixed fee where scope is clear, hourly rates, phased engagements, and retained advisory support. Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Data Protection

Fenton complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Personal data is processed in the UK. Fenton does not hold employee personal data beyond the engagement without explicit agreement.

Conflicts of Interest

Fenton operates a conflicts identification and management process. Where a conflict is identified that cannot be managed, Fenton will decline or withdraw from the engagement.

Anti-Money Laundering

Fenton complies with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. Client due diligence is completed before engagement.

Modern Slavery

Fenton International Ltd is not required to publish a modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 because it is below the turnover threshold. Fenton does not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of its business or supply chain.
