Richard brings more than 30 years’ international experience in executive reward, compensation and benefits, including senior in-house and board roles across major global organisations. He advises boards and RemCos on executive pay, incentives, equity, deferred compensation, benefits and reward governance, particularly where directors and senior executives work across borders

Gareth Jarman

People, change & governance

Gareth is an experienced board adviser and non-executive director who has also served as a RemCo Chair, employee benefit trustee and regional Chair of the Institute of Directors. He advises international boards on people governance, workforce strategy, organisational change, employment risk and international expansion, combining governance oversight with practical HR leadership experience.
